Artists at Cornerstone Tattoo Parlor
Meet Dylan Trupiano
I’m Dylan Trupiano, owner of Cornerstone Tattoo Parlor. I’ve been tattooing professionally for over 10 years, starting at the age of 18.
My faith plays a big role in both my life and my artwork. I opened Cornerstone to create a positive, comfortable environment where clients feel heard and confident sharing their ideas. My goal is always to give each client exactly what they’re looking for—and more.
One of my favorite moments is when a client says, “This is better than I imagined.” That’s what I strive for every time.
I’m always working to grow as an artist, but what I value most about tattooing is the connections and friendships built along the way. I truly appreciate the trust my clients place in me and I’m grateful every time someone chooses Cornerstone for their tattoo.
Meet Rob Presley
I’ve been an artist for as long as I can remember. Starting back in second grade, I was always drawing—mostly animals like cats and other wildlife. I didn’t plan on becoming a tattoo artist early on, but around the age of 25, I found myself surrounded by tattoo artists. Seeing their work on friends sparked my interest, and I decided to give it a shot.
That decision turned into a career that’s now over 23 years strong.
I began tattooing professionally at Flowstyle Tattoos in DeKalb County, Georgia, shortly after September 11, 2001. After three years there, I opened my own shop in Barnesville, GA, offering both tattoos and piercings. From 2007 to 2011, I worked out of a shop in Riverdale, GA before eventually relocating to Florida in 2012.
I moved to the Bradenton area looking for a more creative and artistic environment, and since then I’ve worked in several shops before finding my home at Cornerstone Tattoo Parlor in Sarasota.
Outside of tattooing, I enjoy working with different forms of art. I paint on canvas as well as cars, trucks, motorcycles, and even skateboards—pretty much anything paint will stick to. I also do airbrushing and drawing.
When it comes to tattooing, I enjoy working in black and grey realism, especially portraits and floral designs. I also like doing neo-traditional, traditional, and color work.
